The Kaituna River near Rotorua, New Zealand has the tallest commercially rafted waterfall in the world -- 7 metres (21 feet). I couldn't pass this up, so I signed up with River Rats to boat it. Forget the cheesy name, these folks are a class outfit. As a professional river guide I can be a harsh judge, but I was totally impressed.
